LOKI: Check Out One Final Batch Of Stills From Last Week's Groundbreaking Episode, "Lamentis"

Last Wednesday's episode of Loki has certainly left us with a lot to talk about, including the true identity of Lady Lokia huge reveal about the Time Variance Authorityand even the God of Mischief's sexuality. That latter point has really resonated with fans, though, dominating headlines all week.

During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, director Kate Herron actually elaborated on that big reveal about the God of Mischief being bisexual, but confirmed that it's not something the next three episodes will tackle head on. "I would say in our story, this is how we acknowledge it," the filmmaker explained. "But I hope that that paves the way for deeper exploration."

"Like I’ve said, it’s very personal to me, and I said it was a small step in some ways—because obviously, he’s just talking about it," Herron added. "But in the bigger scale of things, I’m like, oh no, it’s massive actually. If I saw that when I was 10, it would be really big for me."

Now, with less than a day to go until we see where this story goes next, Marvel Studios and Disney+ have released one final batch of stills from "Lamentis" featuring a Loki and Sylvie's team-up.

There are some gorgeous shots here, and this neon-soaked episode of Loki definitely didn't disappoint. However, fans are anxious to see how the series will continue to evolve, especially with so many crazy rumours doing the rounds (talk of the Squadron Supreme has again resurfaced).

This shows format and time travelling elements, is what I wish Doctor Who would replicate.

I wonder if they used the volume for this series. The VFX looked great so far, especially in this episode

A lot of people from my area think that Kang will definitely appear in the show, and that maybe it is Owen Wilson in disguise as Mobius.

I don't think so, and I definitely won't believe any more theories.

Do you mean ground-breaking literally?. Like when the bits of the moon were raining down on Loki? You must mean it that way, right?

@Natebest I guess this site finally got rid of time stamps and letting users know who wrote each article? Didn’t we have a big discussion about that? Seems users were pretty animate about having them.🤷🏿‍♂️

@Saintsinnister - Just noticed this, too. @NateBest, did we lose those basic features by accident or design, and if it's the latter, why?

@Saintsinnister, @Kyos - It was an accident on the mobile site when I rolled up some new code (desktop still has them). I just noticed it last night myself. 😵

I should have it sorted out a little later today.

While it was a visually stunning episode, with some great character moments and reveals, it was hardly 'groundbreaking'. Unless you mean the ground literally breaking from the moon crashing into it.

Grounding breaking? As in the planet surface being destroyed.
