FOX has announced the series premiere dates for their upcoming X-Men TV series The Gifted and the season four premiere date for the fourth season of their Batman prequel series Gotham. Come take a look!

For those of you eagerly waiting for the fall television season to pick back up, FOX has officially revealed their full fall schedule, including the premiere dates for The GiftedGotham, and Lucifer, amongst others.

The Gifted, the second small-screen collaboration between Marvel Television and FOX after FX's critically acclaimed Legion, will follow a seemingly normal family, who after discovering their children have developed special mutant abilities are forced to go on the run from a hostile government. The series will premiere on Monday, October 2 at 9 p.m.

Gotham will return for its fourth season a week prior on Thursday, September 28 while Lucifer will return for its third season on October 2 as the lead-in to the high-profile X-Men drama. Check out the full schedule below:

Action-adventure family drama THE GIFTED, from Marvel, tells the story of a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.

I was thinking Gotham would have been so much better if itwas set after Batmans retirement from crime fighting (before dark knight returns) that way it would show the GCPD having to deal with the fallout of losing Batman and they wouldn't even need to show Batman

@Obi2 - that sounds like an interesting concept but tho i think in the pilot they should show Batman but not have him speak you see him purely from the cops perspective and at best you have Bruce Wayne as a guest star every once in a while

The Gifted does look pretty good but since it's FOX i have a feeling that even if it does well it will still be canceled

@batman001 - It does look indeed good, even if its in Fox I wouldn't worry just look at Gotham and Lucifer all well and breathing, it will be fine.

All good news. Gotham was my favorite comic show this year. And Legion was amazing, so I expect big things from Gifted.
