After another stellar episode of The Gifted, which revealed one of the season's biggest shockers as the Inner Circle's fearless leader, Reeva Payge (Grace Byers), was shown to be in cahoots with none other than Benedict Ryan (Peter Gallagher), one of the most powerful supporters of the Purifiers.
With the secret now out, Eclipse (Sean Teale) and Polaris (Emma Dumont) will put their differences aside to work together to uncover more about what the unlikely and extremely unpleasant duo is planning for both mutant and humankind.
Meanwhile, next week's episode will continue to explore Lauren Strucker's (Natalie Alyn Lind) increasing power level, which could soon prove to be a major problem for Andy (Percy Hynes White) and the Inner Circle. However, with the Stepford Cuckoos (Skyler Samuels) taking notice of the Strucker girl, making it ouw of twon is going to be a lot easier said than done, espcially after they start hunting her down.

With the Inner Circle and the Purifiers on the rise, and the nation more divided than ever, the dream of the X-Men is on the verge of failure. In attempts to revive the Mutant Underground, Evangeline proposes a country-wide meeting. Meanwhile, Lauren and Andy continue to disagree in their dreams and the Frost Sisters attempt to intervene. Caitlin makes the risky suggestion of connecting with a family member for vital intel, and Lorna tries to secretly investigate Reeva's plans for the Inner Circle in the all-new "hoMe" episode of THE GIFTED airing Tuesday, Jan. 15 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
