CONFIRMED: Millie Bobby Brown’s Eleven Will Return For Netflix's STRANGER THINGS Season 2

It always seemed inevitable, but fans were worried that Stranger Things standout eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) wouldn't be back for the second season of the Netflix show. Well, worry no longer...

Despite seemingly sacrificing herself to stop the Demogorgon in the Stranger Things season finale, it was strongly implied that powerful child physic Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) was still enjoying those eggo waffles somewhere, somehow. However, exec producers Matt and Ross Duffer refused to confirm that the character would return for season 2, and further doubt crept in when a new female member of the gang named Max (American Odyssey‘s Sadie Sink) was cast.

Fortunately, TV Line has just shared some great news: Eleven is officially returning for the highly anticipated second season of Stranger Things, presumably in a series regular capacity.

Stranger Things will be back at some point next year, and takes place about a year after the events surrounding Will Byer's disappearance.

@pepe - She just vanished. I'm guessing that she just used so much energy that she transported into the upside down. They kind of hinted at her return when the cop got into he limousine and drove to woods where he put some Eggos into a box.

@blackandyellow - Keep him. He is genuine. Nice to see a TV where everyone doesn't look or speak perfectly (see, e.g., anything on the CW).

She promised Mike to go to that dance with him. A PROMISE!
I expect...no...I DEMAND them dancing to be the final scene of this Series/Season.

I still haven't watched this show. But I've heard it's just as good as Chico and The Man.

@LeonardTheWise - I feel the same way. Within the first episode, I could tell she was something special. It's not easy for any actor to succeed using mostly just facial expressions and body language, but she pulled it off as a pre-teen. Can't wait to see more of her.

@minimal - Reminded me of Natalie Portman and Jenna Malone when they were younger. Hopefully her future is long and successful.

The child actors in this show were really good. Also I've seen this girl give more eloquent and coherent interviews in her early teens than people who are way longer in the business than she is alive.
