After Jack disappears, Sam and Dean must race against the clock next week to find him before latest Prince of Hell, Asmodeus, can get his evil hands on him. Meanwhile, it also sounds like we'll be revisiting the alternate reality world to catch up with Lucifer (and hopefully Mary too), who seems to have broken away from Michael's clutches.
