Last year Microsoft started their E3 2018 press conference by announcing Halo Infinite, the next game in the flagship seires. Details on the game have been scarce to say the least, however, it looks like fans can look foward to getting more information about Halo Infinite at E3 2019.

343 Industries head Bonnie Ross has now confirmed that Halo Infinite will be at E3 2019, with the games own director Chris Lee set to show the game off.

Bonnie Ross, however, has not shared any details about what we might see, although, one has to imagine we will see more about the games story, gameplay, and other features, seeing as how microsoft plans to capatalize on Sony not showing up this year.

If MIcrosoft does announce a new Xbox at this year's E3, you can bet that Halo Infinite will be some kind of launch title. It would also seem that if a new Xbox is shown, then a 2020 release date is all but confirmed.

Futhermore, its worth noting that 343 considers Halo Infinite a "spiritual" reboot of sorts, which will set out to more or less reset the clock on the Halo franchise.
