We get a good look at the character select screen and some fantastic looking gameplay in this video. Ed boon talks about the new gear system and what that means for competitive gameplay. Also Ed Boon explains that the Super Moves in this game are better than ever!

Tekken has loyal fans, not not many new
Dbz is for kids, not serious gamers
Soul caliber has pretty much faded, i dont know anyone who play it

Injustice 2 is literally the second game in the franchise. Every other major fighting game series have had at least 5 entries. They are indefinitely more popular.
