Hey Everyone and Welcome to What Did I Miss, where today I will be revealing all 13 major fighters from the new Mortal Kombat movie and who will be playing them in the upcoming movie, set to be released in theatres and HBO MAX on April 16th, 2021. Mortal Kombat is arguably the most popular video game franchise ever, having spawned many game sequels as well as several animated and live action movies, and series. Not only that, but the games have also traversed into other franchises by adding characters like Rambo and Robocop to their game rosters and even having characters fight against characters from other popular universes like the DC comics universe. I have been playing Mortal Kombat since the first generation of the game came out as an arcade game and I always liked the original movie, but I felt that the PG-13 really held the fighting sequences back. This should not be an issue for this movie as director Simon McQuoid has been emphatic that we will see some of the game’s most infamous fatalities on display. So when I discuss each character I will also go into their fatalities and what weapons they have used in the past, as we are sure to see some form of them in this movie.
