Justice. Their way.

Back in May, leaked details of Mortal Kombat 1's debut DLC revealed that several surprising new characters would be made available to players in the first Kombat Pack, and thanks to a new teaser promo (via GameFragger.com), we have a first official look at these sure-to-be formidable combatants.

In addition to MK mainstays Quan Chi, Ermac, and Takeda, players will also be able to take control of Invincible's Omni Man, The Suicide Squad's Peacemaker, and Homelander from The Boys!

Ever wondered who would emerge victorious from an Omni-Man/Homelander scrap? You'll find out this September.

Check out the new teaser below, along with a brutal new gameplay trailer featuring Li Mei, Tanya, and Baraka.

Real missed opportunity to not include Barbie and Oppenheimer in the DLC roster.

I still find it weird that it's including both omni man and homelander. Outside of heat vision, they have the same abilities. Would've made more sense to choose one of them and have the other as a skin, like what they did in injustice 2.

But peacemaker is perfect for mortal kombat.

@Origame - Death Battle ruined this genre.

@TheHumanSpider2 - ...what does death battle have to do with this?

If anything this is more about soul calibur as that series popularized guest fighters.

@Origame - Soul Calibur created the concept of guest characters...back in 2023.
But it was ONE guest character per game.
Now half the rosters consists of guest characters, because we have an entire generation demanding to know who would win in a fight between Rambo and Robocop.

Mortal Kameo 1.

The current state of the fighting genre is plain sad.

Would’ve rather got Injustice 3 over MK1

Homelander and Omni-Man together in this one feel about as redundant as Jason and Leatherface in MK11, so pretty on brand for NRS.

Why not Eric Cartman?
