Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine (Jackman), the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he will face a host of unexpected and deadly opponents in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. You have to admire Hugh's dedication to the role.

I would actually say he appreciates the Wolverine character more than any other actor does their superhero or villain.

Man, this is his 6TH PORTRAYAL of the character, and soon to be 7th with DOFP.

What a guy.

Or he is just doing this cause he signed a deal with the Devil (Fox Studios).
I wouldn't be surprised if he sticks around longer, with all that money your making who wouldn't want to be in a role like that. I mean after telling your fans how great your film is going to be (X-Men Origins Wolverine etc) and the film turns out to be a piece of crap. Then suddenly realizing Fox wants to throw some more money in your face again and you fetch for it once more becoming their dog. It's how the system works. I wouldn't be too surprised if he just says go **** yourself to Fox like he did to Mag and Prof X in X-Men First Class.

Regarding the poster the marketing team should be fired, smells like photoshop spirit. Japan destroyed in background (GIMICK) , Wolverine in hero stance staring right at you (WOW) , Cheap looking logo complete with IN YOUR FACE 3D! (OMG) .

Why not a more elegant poster that actually regards the story...BECAUSE WE ALSO GOTTA SELL THIS MOVIE TO DUMB ACTION FANS KAMAZEEEEEE!
