Silver Samurai Spotlighted On New Poster For THE WOLVERINE

Director James Mangold has just tweeted a brand new one-sheet for his upcoming Wolverine movie, giving us a look at the villainous Silver Samurai in that same Japanese art style as the first poster we saw featuring Logan himself.

Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.


The Wolverine hits theaters July 26th, 2013.

So Silver Samurai is either a robot or human piloted mech, great!(not really). Anyways the character work for Wolverine looks very interesting and has potential but action wise it seem lil "meh" and the bullet train scene looked horrendous, hopefully they fix up the CG by the time the movie rolls out.

well Harada is Shingens bastard son, so its not exactly rocket science kind of obvious how he fits in to the story. He's either going try and prove himself to Shingen by trying to [frick] up Wolverine(BY WEARING WHAT LOOKS LIKE A HUGE BATTLE MECH) or Wolverine whoops Shingens ass and Harada wants to get revenge.

Its just the proportions. His head is so small, even with a big ass helmet on. His arms are enormous. Look at his hands. Thats all. Looks like a monkey wearing armor. Its just artwork I know. I liked the Wolverine one better.

I really want this film to be good. James Mangold did a hell of a job on 3:10 to yuma. Origins was a big disaster, hopefully this one puts Wolverine back on top form.

Its a robot or mech...look at trailer, its obvious. Hope MoS rocks, because it looks like this and IM3 make us 0-2 this summer.
