X-men Days of Future Past, to put its simple, it's awesome. Its another great movie added to the list of what this summer is, a summer of epic movies. But lets break it down.

Is the movie to focused on Wolverine?

No, and there's no Spoiler when I say, Wolverine doesn't have his claws when he goes back to the 70's, its all bone, thus when he faces Sentinels back then, hes kinda useless besides distracting them. But what we get instead of Bad ass Wolverine (which you still see from time to time) we get an older, wiser Wolverine who is trying to teach Charles what needs to be done and how to do it.

Does it “FIX” the franchise?

In my eyes, YES, the end of the movie is Perfect for what they were trying to do and what the fans want, Things are fixed, events rewritten or undone. Some past X-men films no longer play affect and some do. Its fun, by the end of the movie your thinking about “okay, what events that we have seen stay in play and what can we think of as an Alternate universe”

Also it explains things that we have seen in past films but haven't yet had an explanation to, its a great band aid to what was a gaping wounded franchise.

PLOT

The plot was really good, better than Spider man (shocker). It holds your attention, but you might get a little lost because that's what happens with time travel. It focuses on both the past and future and it does a good job when to switch back and forth. It's a story which I could best compare it to is The Terminator, but you'll see what I mean.

CHARACTER

The characters are all we have seen before besides Trask, who does a great job at being the main villain, and Quicksilver, who is awesome, his scene is one of the most memorable and unique scenes that I have seen in a long time. I'm excited to see if The Avengers' Quicksilver can keep up.......see what I did there?

Magneto and Xavier are amped up to 11 in this, in both future and past, they where amazing to watch and have Amazing actors portray them.

Mystic is badass and Jennifer Lawrence does a great Mystic, she has a character arch and It will be cool to see where she goes on in the future.

Now forgive me, I am tired as it is Late while I write this, Overall its a great movie and does a perfect job at fixing the franchise. It's another installment of great summer movies. Best X-men film? Possibly, theres been so many of these things I gotta refresh my mind, but I'd see this film in the theaters. GO!

X-Men: Days of Future Past gets a

9/10

All Marvel fans should enjoy. Thank you and join me next week as I review a movie made by a man who brought us a swearing Teddy Bear.
