What's the target audience for this series?I find it completely ridiculous, but I thought my 6 and 10 year old nephews might like it.They also think it's very lame in comparison to Wolverine and the X-men and Spectacular Spider-Man.Was the show created to get the 5 and under crowd into Marvel comics, or is it just something thrown together to sell toys?

The show isn't for me or any adult for that matter(I guess). It is a little disheartening that they've finally made a show that utilizes the larger Marvel Universe and I can't get past 5 minutes of it.It's not even the animation that ruins it for me, that I can deal with, it's the silliness that is very annoying.

personally i think the show is great. granted, it's geared towards children but the writing is funny, new and a refreshing look on Marvel characters. Again, i know it's for children and shouldn't be viewed as a show for "grown ups" but come on, we read comic books for god's sake. a animated cartoon show about marvel characters should be right up our alley.

I watch it every morning with my kids before school. I don't care much for the plots, but I really do enjoy spotting and identifying all of the different characters.

...and the kids really dig it. It's perfect for them.

@flames i agree, it took a few attempts but i really enjoy it.

I've been trying to drag my most die hard comic friend into animation for years, he poo-pooed JLU, wont touch the DVD movies and THIS is what gets him in.

He said he doesnt like having a voice put to a hero when he has had one in his head for them for 30 years, makes sense. Fun cartoon
