This from MTV’s splashpage...

“I think it’s just one scene that they’re gonna have to reshoot and it’s the end fight,” Chung said of what they were re-tooling. “I fortunately will not have to go back. I think it’s the big fight between Justin Chatwin (Goku) and James Marsters (Piccolo).”

As for sequel talk...

“We’re signed on for two more,” she said. “Hopefully, I hope the movie does well. There’s lots of places that Fox wants to go with this.”

They're not going to make a number 2 and 3 because this film will bomb terribly. It looks awful, wrong and stupid. I still think this movie shouldn't have been made, or should've been made differently

WACHOWSKI BROTHERS SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS.

have any of you seen the new trailer?

i honestly think that this movie is going to kick some serious ass.

i think that Piccolo is going to be like the new Darth Vader (from the original series, before the prequels came out)...He's dark, mysterious, feared but respected, Godly in combat, and has one of the scariest voices i've ever heard...not to mention he redeems himself and becomes good in the end (or at least in piccolo's case in the movie, gets started on his way to being a good guy)

SGA, sorry Piccolo is not dark, he's just yellow and later a bit green.

Yes I have seen the trailer, and it looks awful.

I didn't mean dark as in skin color, i meant dark as in moody....never very cheerful.

I meant exactly that, he does not seem all that moody, Darth Vader was scary as hell for all 3 movies, I really don't understand how you can compare them. If Justin Chatwin can kick Piccolo's ass and convert him to good, he's just a wimp, hell Luke could never beat Darth Vader (until he started giving away to the dark side on ROTJ).

whatever...i'm sick of arguing over this movie.

i think it's going to rock, that's just my opinion, don't mind me.

if you don't like it fine. just ignore it like most fans do ang lee's HULK.

but you know that about 9/10 haters of this movie is going to go see it anyway (to see whether it was worth all this hype) which will give Fox the success it needs to push another Dragonball project forward.

SGA I sometimes get the feeling you are James Masters' mom trolling around. And no, I won't see the movie, I will wait for it to be aired on Fox on a sunday afternoon, I will probably change the channel before it ends though, unlike Watchmen (for which I have some reserve but some hope as well) I am convinced this movie will be terrible (they really need to hire better makeup people if they do another one).

LOL James Marsters the new darth vader?!

what hope has this movie when even the trailer sucks?!

SGA is going to be feeling kinda special when he's sitting in that cinema sournded by children and their uninterested parents. lets all agree this one is for the blissfully unaware kids who dont know what dragon ball should be (in my world it's a manga comic and stayed that way).

at least theres no way in hell this could be worse than the Street Fighter movie... right?

you two need to shut the [frick] up and get off my page, this is for supporters, why come here if you're gonna bash it.

also, there is only one movie in the world worse than street fighter...and that's Double Dragon.

No sequel 4 this movie. If Akira Toriyama doesn't want nothing to do with this movie than this movie will be garbage.

Didn't Batman and Robin was suppose to have a sequel? everyone know's what happen with that 10 years ago.

James Wong meet Joel Schumacher. You both will have something in common after April 8th 2009.

Dude, in case you haven't noticed, it's been seen that Akira Toriyama is listed as an Executive Producer on the official Poster.

ohoh SGA, Dare I not venture in your happy world where Piccolo will be the baddest villain ever (only bested by Darth Vader)? Chatwin is the perfect Goku? Goku is a much better character now that he goes to High School?

I got interested in the Dragonball movie, because I have been a fan of DB and later DBZ, I wasn't a follower of DB GT since I had other priorities at the time, and couldn't follow it as easily. I like to read what is being done with DB, I was raised by it. I find what is happening to the characters, disgusting, and I will comment on it.

If you don't like it, make your own site or forum, that way if someone dares to have a different opinion than your own, you can edit/delete it. As I have stated before, if you are so convinced it will rule, it might rule for you but accept the fact that some people will hate it (apparently a lot) and they will comment on it.

Yo SGA no one knows 4 sure if its true or not. it said on dragonballthemovie.com but it said their not sure if it reliable information, so nobody knows if its true or not. on the poster on the bottom it says " Base on The Graphic Noel "Dragonball" created by Akira Toriyama.

what poster does it said he's executive Priducer? because all of the offical posters I seen on the offical website doesn't said executive producer but just said base on his graphic novel.

I wish Hollywood never screwed around with the best anime ever, because when I watch the show I think about how awful the movie is going to be. I should my friend the Dragonball trailer and he flip out what Hollywood is doing my other friend almost cried for what there doing.

Noob.

I too was practically Raised on Dragonball and DBZ.

I've literally grown up watching it.

now, i respect your opinions about the movie, but that doesn't mean i have to agree w/ them.

i think it's going to kick everyone's ass, including yours.

but what i don't appreciate, is that, while i understand you are just debating and getting your points across, you start getting hostile.

That is no way to either get your point across or get people on your side.

hate the movie, i don't care, that's not going to stop me or millions of other people from going to see this movie.

if i think it's going to be awesome, that's what i think, you can't change my mind.

If it sucks more than a russian whore, then I'll be the first to say so.

but until then, just drop it.
