Another day, another teaser from Hot Toys! However, this one reveals a first look at the the 1/6th scale collectible figure based on Ultron as he'll appear in The Avengers sequel. Of course, it's only his backside, but the full reveal could come any day now. Furthermore, thanks to a heads up via Twitter's @weepingangel013, we also have a look at an unpainted 1/9th scale figure for the eight-foot artificial intelligence robot from another Hong Kong-based company, King Arts International.

Marvel Studios presents Avengers: Age of Ultron, the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to the Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure. Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision. Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” published in 1963. Get set for an action-packed thrill ride when The Avengers return in Avengers: Age of Ultron May 1, 2015.

Chloefornication- even if you like the design or not that is ultron.

Sorry but this is not the Avengers. Thor doesn't have a helmet, and Captain America doesn't have wings on his head. Also, Iron Man should be wearing a tight shiny metal body leotard with a metal corset, gloves, and boots. What gives, Whedon?

I still think that this is his 2nd version with the EW cover being his final vibranium form. that form looks more sadistic than this open exposed version.

That is Ultron! I like the design. Everything cant be exactly like it is in the comics people

Like the design more or less but the eyes bother me. They are a little too beady and squinty which reminds me of Darth Grievious.

I still don't know if that's his final form. I hope not. I hope they are still keeping something from us.

@Simonsonrules

Actually, I wouldn't be too scared away by the idea of Stark coming up with a liquidized armor for a throwback suit. Fans would go nuts.

His personality and general level of villainous presence will have to be up to par- which, from what we've seen, seems to imply that. There isn't too much to differentiate him from any other metallic, robotic figure. I'd risk a cape to add some distinct flare, but may cause a General Grievous subliminal.

But that monster design from Age of Ultron Book Four is [frick]ing beast. The design crew of the Matrix would have got it spot-on.

Ultron has been doing crunches or something, he has zero belly fat!

@Chloefornication: Yeah, but Iron Man started out with a golden skin suit with clunky red armor thrown on and no one had a problem with that.

@npamusic

YEAH! RIGHT! We should just be happy that someone named "Iron Man" is even IN a movie.
SHHEEEEESH!

Can you believe these people?!

Hilarious how many people are trying to convince themselves that the EW Ultron is his final form because they don't like the human features. It's NOT.

First form is the Iron Legion Drone. Second form is the EW cover Ultron. As you can see, he looks exactly like all the other drones, just with red light instead of blue, meaning he can probably pass between bodies with his current body represented by a red light. He then upgrades to this, his final Vibranium form with human features. Just cause something looks "more menacing" doesn't mean it's his final form. Think of the logical progression.

@npamusic. Four you say? Even better. Is there a form between EW and Vibranium coated super Ultron?

@npamusic Preeeetttty sure that's the same form as the final shot of the trailer, just cloaked in shadow and mystery ;-)
