The Possible Truth Of Ultron's Alteration Of Armors In AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON

Ever since the first set pictures of Ultron, to the Entertainment Weekly cover featuring Ultron, to the first trailer of Avengers: Age of Ultron, us fans have been quite puzzled at what's going on with Ultron's physical state. If you're wondering about this, then this article is for you.

Most of us, including myself, have to admit: Ultron looks amazing in Avengers: Age of Ultron. But, in terms of this movie and we what we know/seen so far about it, that's a vague statement. We've seen a few different armors of Ultron, but which one is his final form and why does he keep changing his form? Is he doing it to look more or less human? Well, I'm going to pitch in on this ongoing speculation. and give you what I think is, most likely, the correct answer.

So let's look at the different forms of Ultron we've seen. We've seen this:

We've seen this:

And we've seen this:

There's a major difference in each form of Ultron we've seen. What we also know is that Tony Stark is the creator of not only Ultron, but also initiates an entire peacekeeping program with even more robots similar to a certain form of Ultron that many can assume is probably the final form of Ultron, even after seeing the trailer. However, Ultron also has the ability to transfer his consciousness into computers and alternate robot bodies, being able to take over that certain embodiment.

In terms of the utilization of this ability in the movie, I feel as though Ultron is probably the only robot that can do so. When Ultron does use this ability on another robot, the lights of the robot will alter from a light bluish hue to a reddish hue as an indicator that Ultron is in full control of that certain system. Ultron can use this ability to his advantage whenever one of his physical states are destroyed, which is very useful. In terms of the form we saw at the end of the trailer, that most likely is his fully modified/final state.

Does this sound legit in terms of seeing it on film? Sound off your comments in the comments section below and be sure to thumb this article up.

Any tips on centering images in articles?

If you hit source everything will convert to HTML. From there, find the image code(s) and use the code < center > & < /center>. Just remove the spaces between the < > and letters.

If you're using the default method, just click on the images and hit the center button.

Or that red one is just another one of his updates.

Maybe he gets the more human look to differentiate himself from the other robots more than just a color change.

Ultron goes through a few transformations through out the film. I can't wait to see how he would obtain vibranium and coat himself in it. Also, would Ultron himself just cover himself in vibranium or the Ultron drones.

I hope there are 5 versions of Ultron so we get to Ultron-5. Just to hear him say, "I am Ultron-5" would blow my mind.

I'm calling it right now.. When ever Ultron talks, he will appear as he did at the end of the trailer... But when he goes into battle mode, the side (ears) straighten and the red lighting glow changes and covers all the eyes and mouth - and will appear as he does on the EW cover

I wonder, does Tony create or does he awaken a dormant program? It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Cool stuff!

I'm just worried/curious about how Whedon is going to deal with the Ultron army. If Ultron can simply jump from form to form whenever he needs to, wouldn't the Avengers have to destroy EVERY SINGLE Ultron-bot? Seems like it'd be pretty messy to take care of completely...and I seriously doubt Whedon will return to the well and go all "Phantom Menace" on us again, with all the robots being destroyed in one fell swoop. Dying to see this already!

@TheBrownHornet The official synopsis for the movie says:

"When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program..."

If it's dormant, then it must be already pre-existing. So if that's the case, he doesn't create it - he re-awakens it. I'd be willing to bet that there's some Ant-Man connections to that, or perhaps Howard Stark and Peggy Carter had a hand in it originally.

@SauronsBANE That's what I thought. Looks like I thought the same thing you did. Some people on here are so upset that Pym didn't create Ultron. Nobody in the MCU said that Tony really created him. I believe Pym did create him and saw that the risks of the program were terrible and Tony got his hands on it and BAM, Ultron!

To Me,the one that looks most likely to be His final form, has an almost Asgardian vibe to it.

I just watch Iron Man 3 again and I caught something this time around that I
Hadn't spotted before. In the begining of the move Happy is talking to Pepper
About beefing up security around the building. He mentioned everybody needing
To wear their ID badges. He also mentions putting the robots on one of the floors
To good use. It sounds like Tony already built the ultron drones and maybe wasnt
Sure were to use them so he packed them up a stored them on one of the unused
Floors at Stark Industries.
