Not too long ago, we brought you a first look at the new Captain America action figure being produced by Hot Toys. At the time, it was said that there would be some additional accessories that were being kept under wraps, and we've now learned that they will be Mjolnir and Cap's broken shield.

During Avengers: Endgame's final battle, Thanos shattered Steve Rogers' seemingly indestructible Vibranium shield with that massive sword of his, while Cap was proven worthy when he picked up Thor's hammer and gave the Mad Titan a beating.

If you're a collector of these figures or simply want a better look at this version of Captain America, then you need to check out these images. Seeing Chris Evans' Star Spangled Avenger using Mjolnir and holding the remains of his shield is iconic, and will go down as one of the MCU's best moments.

According to Hot Toys, the highly-accurate collectible figure is expertly crafted and features a newly painted helmeted head sculpt with three interchangeable lower faces capturing Chris Evans' facial expressions and an un-helmeted head sculpt.

It also has a muscular body which naturally portray Captain America’s Super Soldier physique, a meticulously tailored outfit with star emblem on the chest, Cap’s star-spangled shield, a delicate compass, a signature helmet and a specially designed movie-themed figure stand.

So, sounds pretty cool, right? These figures tend to be pretty expensive but they're a must-have for collectors, especially as it's rare to find any which are as detailed as these. Ultimately, it depends what you want: an action figure or a statue!

Captain America's journey in the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been a fascinating one. We met him during the dark days of World War II and have watched him enter the present day, join The Avengers, bring down a corrupt S.H.I.E.L.D., and even go to war with Iron Man over some fundamental differences about freedom.

Chris Evans made headlines when he took to Twitter to seemingly bid farewell to Captain America but both he and the Russos have since pointed out that his message simply mark the end of filming and that we shouldn't read too much into it. Either way, it was clearly a heartfelt response to the time he's spent suiting up as Cap and now we've seen the movie, we know why he was saying goodbye and it wasnt because the hero was being killed off.

We may have seen the last of Cap on the big screen, but something we do know is that Evans will reprise the role for the What If? animated series of Disney+ that looks set to explore the possibility of Peggy Carter becoming Captain America while Steve Rogers suits up as Iron Man. That's gonna be a lot of fun...

It's possible that or another show will delve into Steve's journey through time and that's a must right now as we need to know what happened. If he doesn't return, though, at least we finally got to see Evans' version of the hero wield Mjolnir.

These head sculpts are phenomenal and a stunning likeness to Chris Evan's. Hot Toys has nailed it and this level of authenticity should make displaying the figure all the more satisfying.

His Endgame suit was my absolute favorite yet. Yes, even over TWS suit. So beautiful.

I'm gonna miss Chris as Captain America, he was Captain America to me. Falcon will never be a good enough replacement.

Best MCU trilogy.

Probably my favorite Cap costume in the MCU. Think I'd rank them:

1. Endgame
2. Civil War
3. Winter Soldier
4. Age of Ultron
5. First Avenger- final costume
6. Pararescue suit
7. Infinity War
8. Avengers
9. Stage costume
