Marvel Studios Concept Artist Reveals Detailed Look At D23 Poster Celebrating IRON MAN's Legacy

You may recall that a jaw-dropping Iron Man poster was handed out to fans at last year's D23 to celebrate the Armoured Avenger's legacy, and thanks to Ryan Meinerding, we now have a detailed look at that.

Avengers: Endgame saw Tony Stark make the ultimate sacrifice when he wielded the Infinity Gauntlet and used the power of the Infinity Stones to destroy Thanos and his army. It was an incredible moment, and one that cemented Iron Man's legacy as one of the MCU's greatest superheroes.

Marvel Studios celebrated that at last year's D23 with an incredible poster by artist Ryan Meinerding.

Now, he's taken to Instagram to share a hi-res look at that along with some close-up shots revolving around key moments in Iron Man's storied history. It's a beautiful poster, and one that perfectly sums up what an unbelievable impact the Armoured Avenger made on this shared world.

Rumours continue to persist that Robert Downey Jr. (who celebrated his 55th birthday over the weekend) will reprise the role in some way down the line, whether that's in What If? or as part of the long-rumoured Ironheart TV series. We'll have to wait and see on that front, of course.

Take a look through the gallery below for some close-up shots of Meinerding's poster:

Man, I will forever miss the hype for Infinity War and Endgame.

I am so glad we witnessed the Infinity Saga and its awesomeness before 2020 happened.

*shrugs* Looks like any other random MCU poster of a movie featuring RDJ's Tony Stark tbh...even when he has just a cameo.
