Hasbro's Marvel Legends Action Figures Reveal AVENGERS Game Characters And Some Comic Book Fan-Favorites

We've already seen some of the X-Men and Deadpool figures coming our way from Hasbro, but comic book and video game fans will be far more excited about getting their hands on this impressive new offerings!

Now that Disney owns Fox, Hasbro is finally able to release action figures featuring the likeness of characters from the classic X-Men movies. However, while those will be trickling out fairly slowly, there are plenty of new collectibles coming our way based on heroes and villains from the Marvel's Avengers video game and any number of fan-favourite comic book storylines.

A lot of figures were revealed by Hasbro during this weekend's New York Toy Fair in the Big Apple, and we've now rounded up some of the most noteworthy new additions to this line.

As well as some amazing takes on Old Man Logan and Old Man Hawkeye, there are hints that figures based on House of X and Powers of X are on the way. As if that's not enough, Spider-Man: The Animated Series is also going to receive the spotlight, as are fan-favourites like Red Hulk, War Machine, and Iron Man 2020.

These are all really cool, and you can check out these latest additions to the Marvel Legends line by using the "Next" button below to click through the gallery!

The Abomination is set to factor into Marvel's Avengers, and this is a pretty decent redesign.

That face could probably do with some work (it's certainly not up there with the version seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe), but it's easy to imagine this villain proving himself a formidable foe for Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Iron Man will be heading into outer space in this video game, and this is a very cool take on the hero's "Space" suit.

It definitely feels like this version has been influenced by what we've seen in the MCU (not that Robert Downey Jr. ever got to don that armour), and the white colour scheme works nicely.

Will this Captain America redesign ever not be horrible? There really very little about this that works, and even the shield looks a little suspect if we're being honest.

However, if you love all things Cap, then expect to be able to pick this figure up fairly cheaply not too long after it's released as we doubt it will really be in demand.

It's hard to get Iron Man wrong, and this video game has done a solid job of reimagining the Armoured Avenger.

The developers of Marvel's Avengers were clearly influenced by the movies, but there are plenty of hints from the comic books as well, and this should look really cool in the game.

Ms. Marvel isn't really undergoing a major redesign in the game, and her costume is one that seems to work across all different forms of media (it's already become iconic in some ways).

Chances are, this will be how she looks in the TV series coming to Disney+ too.

Yes, the classic Spider-Man: The Animated Series is finally getting some love, and this figure featuring the wall-crawler's likeness is nothing short of...spectacular!

As you might imagine, a Peter Parker figure will also be available, but we're still hoping some of the villains from this show get a figure (the Green Goblin, for example).

While Mary Jane Watson was actually Spidey's main love interest in the series, we're getting a Gwen Stacy figure which should be a must-buy regardless of whether you're a fan of the comics or this TV show.

After all, this is classic Gwen, and a fine addition to any collection as she rocks her traditional look.

It's about damn time that the classic Old Man Logan get his own action figure, and the fact he comes bundled with that Baby Hulk is definitely a bonus.

We can only hope that this turns into an entire line of action figures which will ultimately feature other familiar faces based on what became of them in this somewhat grim timeline.

For now, though, Old Man Hawkeye will be the only one to join Logan. If you read the stellar series featuring the character, you'll know that he's every bit as compelling as the man once known as Wolverine.

His quest to take out the Thunderbolts was legendary, especially with Bullseye in hot pursuit.

As this version of Nimrod is based on his appearance in the House of X and Powers of X storyline, rumours are swirling that this is a BAF from a line of X-Men figures based on their new looks.

That would be incredible, and it's hard to say who we want to see first (Professor X and Magneto are a must, though, as is the new-look Kate Pryde).

You can't go wrong with a classic HYDRA agent, and for fans of this villainous group's old school look, this figure is long overdue.

However, if you want to assemble an entire army of them, you'd best get saving!

This deluxe War Machine figure boasts Rhodey's classic look, and it's fair to say that he looks absolutely badass.

With a multitude of weapons and effects to show just how formidable Iron Man's best friend really is, this will look nothing short of epic on any War Machine fan's shelf.

Characters like the Cosmic Ghost Rider and Captain America have received action figures with their own rides recently, but it's now Frank Castle's time to shine.

Of course, he's the one who becomes the Cosmic Ghost Rider, so if you're looking to show the before and after, this is a must-have!

There have already been some Red Hulk action figures, but Hasbro has been putting the spotlight on various iterations of The Hulk in recent months, so this reveal isn't a huge surprise.

With rumours swirling that General "Thunderbolt" Ross' monstrous alter-ego is coming to the MCU, it might not be too long before we're able to buy a big screen version of this hero.

Iron Man 2020 is currently making an impact in the comic books and given what year it is, it only seems fitting for this version of the Armoured Avenger to get his own action figure.

Whether any additional characters from this "2020" timeline will receive the spotlight is hard to say.

I wish Hasbro would make DC figures. DC Collectibles suck.

Why do people talk so much crap about that Cap design? It really doesn't look bad at all. What exactly do you want out of it?

The game *literally* offers you a chance to change the outfit. At some point it stops being criticism. Cry me a river.
