Coming directly from the San Diego Comic-con convention floor, via ToyArk & Marvelous News, Hasbro's 3.75" action figures modeled after the "big three" of next summer's highly-anticipated film The Avengers were recently put on display. And while the figures evidently showcase the new look for Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor, merchandising artwork displayed behind them may reveal that the famous 'Stark Tower' could make an appearance in the film. They're saying Cap has the same flaws as Iron Man 2.... All set-up, no real heart. Hopefully the Avengers doesn't suck or we would have a few luke warm movies with no payoff

{sigh} So I guess Hulk is the villain, or atleast for the beginning.

Iron Man's Hulkbuster upgrade?

Hopefully Thor's armor looks like that and not the sleeveless from the trailer.

I told you months ago! Stark Tower IS in the film!!

Tony moves to New York as a base for the Avengers, the Tower has an entrance on the roof where he drops through and the armour is taken off as he descends

MARVEL NEEDS TO SLOW THE FRICK DOWN....IM A MARVEL GUY ALL THE WAY BUT.....THOR DID NOTHING FOR ME...SEEMED RUSHED...DAMN DESTROYER WAS LAID TO WAIST IN 2 SECONDS...HMMMM IRON MAN 2 SUCKED...HMMM WHIPLASH GOT HIS BUT KICKED IN 2 SECONDS ALSO...THEY NEED TO STOP RUSHING THRU THESE AND BOY THE AVENGERS BETTER HAVE A STAR WARS LIKE BATTLE ROYAL ENDING WITH A EVIL FORCE STRONG AND EVIL ENOUGH TO EVEN WARRANT THIS MOVIE. FRICK LOKI HE SHOULD NOT BE THE REASON WE HAVE AVENGERS.

In the trailer, Iron Man had a triangle chest piece and Thor didn't have any sleeves. And the Cap one doesn't look quite like the trailer, either.

WE NEED A MOVIE LIKE THE MARVEL ULTIMATE ALLIANCE OPENING TRAILER TO THAT FIRST VIDEO GAME. EVERYONE WAS BADASS AND KICKING ASS. AVENGERS NEED TO FIGHT THE SKRULLS. I DONT WANT TO SEE LOKI AS THE MAIN VILLAIN. THIS MOVIE NEEDS TO BE EPIC. IAM ALOS WORRIED WITH THIS CGI CAPTUR FOR HULKS FACE. THE LOOK OF HULK IN TIH WAS SPOT ON. I HAVE A BAD FEELING HULK IS GOING TO LOOK DUMPY IN THIS.

@longshot234 Iron Man will have more than one armor. And Thor won't be wearing his sleeves throughout the entire film because they're for battle. The Cap one looks just like that, but you can't tell because it's in low-quality. Wait for the HD version this weekend.

I think through part of the movie, they will all (well maybe not Cap) have their look from their movies, then, towards the climax, they will upgrade to the other looks we are seeing them in.

AND PLEASE DONT START WITH THAT BORE FEST CALLED TDKR....THE CLOSEST THING SO FAR FOR ME HAS BEEN X-MEN FIRST CLASS. IT JUST WENT OVER THE EDGE. IT HAD THE ACTION AND STORY I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED. Really stoked to see that Cap looks so much better, and so much more like his traditional look. The red white and blue mid section is awesome. Everything I hated about his 1940s paratrooper look is gone. Made my [frick]ing day! Awesome.

[frick] movie critics opinions when it comes to cbm's. They don't watch cbms for the same reasons we do, and that's the bottom line. If you're a comic book fan you're more stoked just to see your favorite characters brought to life. Let's face it, not every cbm is going to earn Academy Awards, and I don't give a shit about that. They're just generally just not that type of movie. They're more pulp fiction (not referring to the Tarantino movie) on the movie screen and I like it that way.
