Fourteen Items for Batman 3

Fourteen Items for Batman 3

I have read a few articles from individuals on what they would like to see in Batman 3. So I made my own list.

First, I would like to see the Batwing. It has yet to be done in the Nolan series and I think it is quite essential to Batman. My choice for the batwing would be the YF-23 A, commonly referred to as the Black Widow and is an ancestor of the F-22 Raptor. This plane is black, can reach speeds of 1,650+ mph, has one 22 mm M61 Vulcan cannon machine gun, four to six AIM-7 sparrow air to air missiles, and four AIM-9 sidewinder air to air missiles. Since the aircraft is not in use at this time, it can be possible that Batman is able to “pick one up.” Perhaps one that Wayne Enterprises built for the Air Force, that was unused, like the tumbler in "Batman Begins" or the nomex survival suit that became the batsuit in "Batman Begins."

Second, I would like to see the Batboat. It has yet to be done in the Nolan series. Since this is the last Batman movie, why not go out with a bang. My choice for the batboat is the Q boat used by James Bond in "The World is Not Enough." This boat is black, reaches speeds of 70 mph due to a 350 hp V12 Chevy "jet" engine, can dive under water like a submarine, has two underwater heat seeking missiles, a machine gun, and an ejector seat. It is possible that it also was a stealth boat built for military use or perhaps is specifically designed for Batman.

Third, I would like to see the Tumbler Batmobile make a return. I know many of you want a new batmobile for the movie, but since this is the last film, I figure why not stick with the tumbler one last time and personally, the tumbler is my favorite batmobile to date. Also it is implied that there are two tumblers in "Batman Begins," since in combat, two tumblers would jump over a river carrying towing cables for temporary bridges to be used for the army. The tumbler has auto cannons, a 5.0 liter Vauxhall/GM engine capable of 500 horsepower, and a jet engine for boosting into ramp less jumps, bulletproof armor, and caltrops that were used to destroy vehicles following it, and possible machine guns.

Fourth, I would like to see Wayne Manor rebuilt. It was shown in "Batman Begins" and was stated to be under construction in "The Dark Knight." It needs to make a return the final Batman film.

Fifth, I would like to see the official Batcave in the movie. In "Batman Begins," the cave only had a few lights hooked up to a generator, a table, and a storage closet for the Batsuit. In "The Dark Knight," the Batcave was constructed underground in one of Wayne Enterprises pieces of land. I would like to see the Batcave again under Wayne Manor, yet have computers, a place for Batman’s vehicles, a place for Batman’s Batsuit, a place for Batman’s gadgets and weapons, and conventional lighting and anything else necessary. But I would refrain from having it look like the Batcave in "Batman Forever" and "Batman and Robin."

Sixth, I would like to see the Batsignal again. Jim Gordon destroyed it at the end of the last film. I think it should reappear in the third movie, perhaps near the end.

Seventh, I would like to see the title for "Batman 3" have Batman somewhere in the title. Perhaps this title could have wording to signify the conclusion of the Batman story. One I came up with was 'Batman Eternal,' since it signifies Batman as an everlasting force for the good of Gotham and as an eternal hero that will always protect Gotham City. The poster for 'Batman Eternal' was not made by me, it was made by Batman Knight, although I came up with the title before I ever read his fantastic article way back in October of last year.

Eighth, I would like to see a new Batsuit appear in the Batman film. I did not like the last Batsuit. But I liked the very first one. I think there should be a different batsuit in every Batman film to show the evolution of Batman as both a character and upgrading his technology in each film. For "Batman 3," I think the batsuit should be bigger and Bruce Wayne be bulkier to make Batman more intimidating to criminals as in the first film. I also think Batman’s neck piece was shrunk ridiculously in "The Dark Knight." I think that the neck piece can still be separated for Batman to turn his head, yet even with his mask. It shouldn’t make him look like a bobblehead. I also think that the bat symbol on the Batsuit should be bigger as in “Batman Begins”. I think an excuse for Batman to get a new batsuit is that while he was able to turn his head and get more mobility in his movements, he lost armor protection. This is due to the armor not being as thick and being divided into separate plates for mobility. Perhaps the third Batsuit could be a combination of the first two batsuits in “Batman Begins” and “The Dark Knight.”

Ninth, I would not under any circumstances, want to see Robin and Batgirl make an appearance. I think Batman should remain a loner.

Tenth, I would like to see the mob still make an appearance. At first, I wanted it to be the Penguin, but now I think I’m leaning towards Black Mask, since he’s a cooler villain.

Eleventh, I would like to see Catwoman make an appearance. Bruce Wayne needs another love interest in the final Batman flick . Perhaps she could be a vigilante following in the footsteps of Batman like the Batmen in the Dark Knight. She could help Batman in his cause of redemption from the ending of “Dark Knight.” Therein taking the culpability and face capital punishment to redeem Bats.

Twelfth, I would like to see Riddler be the primary villain. He could be like the Zodiac killer, Jigsaw, or the Kevin Spacey killer in Sevin and create these insane puzzles and traps in the film. He could challenge Batman on an intellectual level, and force him to show off his detective skills.

Thirteen, I would like to see Arkham Asylum make an appearance with the Joker. With the Joker cameo, Heath’s face could be imposed on another actor like Arnold in Terminator Salvation through CGI and perhaps exchange some dialogue with Batman.

And finally, number fourteen, I want to see some grand finale occur in the film, since this is the end of the Batman franchise. Perhaps Riddler could get his hands on chemical missiles that he plans to use to kill everyone in Gotham City.

who ever said that batman 3 was the last in the franchise, its just christopher nolan's last. I highly doubt that WB would stop at 3 movies for such a profitable franchise.

@charbelelnasr - It needs to be the end for that saga since D.C. wants to try and copy Marvel & what their doing with their comic book movie universe. But in my opinion D.C. still has no chance of that so GO MARVEL! haha :P

why does it have to stop n be a trilogy. so that it can be rebooted again??? no way r they going to stop this batman series since its the best uve seen so far. they can just stop awhile n get tru other dc movies then justice league or a trinity movie n continue to make it a saga. n im hoping for a less annoying robin than the last one so that he can grow up n become nightwing. then a nightwing spin-off. :D

actually its not really the last Batman movie. its the last time Nolan will direct Batman. WB would most likely to continue with Batman movies.

do we really need the Riddler in the next movie cause The Joker already did insane puzzles and traps for Batman and everyone else. the movie that Kevin Spacey was the killer is actually called "Seven".

@ SupahPhreak-it could happen, I wasn't expecting the Batpod and it turned out great
@ charbelelnasr, vRockAwesome, eleven11, jazzman-when I read Nolan's interview for Batman 3, he kept stressing that this film would be a conclusion to his story,so I think that he may right it to be the last one period,I don't know how, he may have Batman even die, I would hope not but who knows, I personally would like to keep the series going unless it went into Batman and Robin territory, then I would rather it be ended than to see it become that again

"when I read Nolan's interview for Batman 3, he kept stressing that this film would be a conclusion to his story,so I think that he may right it to be the last one period"

actually yes its the last of Nolan Batman story of the reboot but its not the last one period. WB want to continue with Batman with a different director. you got to remember this is a young Batman who has not really become the Batman we known yet so the series could continue with a different director who is the same level as Nolan or similar.

Cool article @ ANONY, but why is this the last in the franchise?

Your joking right lol?!?

I'm all for the BATWING, but not BATBOAT lol!

Like a lot of the other stuff, but RIDDLER shouldn't be the main villain, maybe in the shadows character in this and BLACK MASK as the main fresh baddie!

Oh of course DEADSHOT hunting the on-the-run BATS! : P

JAZZ @ cool vid man!!

Batboat?? Sure. While we're at it, we can give him a special wetsuit with bat-nipples and a pocket for his Bat-credit card. I wouldn't mind seeing Tim Drake in this movie. NOT ROBIN, but Tim Drake, following the same storyline of him showcasing his own detective skills by finding out Batman's identity.

Why no to Robin but yes to Catwoman? Seriously people dont realize how cool Robin can be. But yea, I think a Joker cameo is a must and that Bats should go all out with the vehicles and gadgets in this one. I really hope this is the last of Nolan's realistic series. Not because I dont love it, but because it makes crossovers impossible.

everything you say up until 12 was retarded, and was most of it was what made the batman and robin the worst comic movie ever so you should stop talking. and also when you write things learn how to write a well thought out and proper essay. take some college writing courses, but thats just what "I think" you should do.
