Chris Nolan Comments On The Consequences To Be Seen In THE DARK KNIGHT RISES
The director behind the critically and financially successful films Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, briefly spoke to MTV about the consequences to be confronted in the latest and final installment. Hit the jump to watch the video...
"Yeah, in a way," he answered when asked if pain was "the guiding theme" of the new Batman movie. "Or consequences. There's a lot about the consequences of actions [in 'The Dark Knight Rises']. There's a lot about being true to where we left things and where we left the characters at the end of 'The Dark Knight,' " he continued. "[We really tried] to push that forward, saying, 'OK, where would that really go if we carried that story on?"
The Dark Knight Rises is directed by Christopher Nolan(The Prestige, Inception) and stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, and Anne Hathaway. The film will be unleashed upon audiences on the 20th of this month.
