Is The Dark Knight Rises going to be visually influenced by Full Metal Jacket?

I'm sure every Nolanite remembers that Batman Begins was heavily visually influenced by Blade Runner, and subsequently Rutger Hauer from Blade Runner was cast into a villainous role in the movie..
The Dark Knight was influenced by Heat, and William Fichtner was cast into a role that is very similar to his role in Heat
I did first think of this when I heard Matthew Modine, who played as Joker in Full Metal Jacket, was cast into the role of Nixon. But, recently when I saw the shots of Bane and his henchmen in military gear standing with the camouflage Tumbler, the idea really came to life. I may be grasping here, but there is also the scene in the trailer where Bane is approaching Batman. The camera is using an over the shoulder perspective on Bane as he approaches Batman, a perspective that was used heavily in Full Metal Jacket..
The Dark Knight rises at this stage seems to have a militaristic feel to it, and if it is any way influenced by Kubrick's classic film, then I think it is headed in the right direction..
