Does Marvel changing its Universe History make the Books from the early 2000's down more valuable

With the changes happening from these mega events, Iconic Characters history or race being changed does our collection become more valuable and sought out, or does it keep things status quo.

This is more of a question then an article or editorial. I was just thinking that most of us are collectors of comics with most of proably collecting up till the 90's. I remember stopping about when I got of High School and occasionally would pop in a comic shop and see what is going. But lately I have been wondering if the movies are going to wipe out Iconic Characters, or change the history of them, then shouldn't those stories from the good old days be more valuable. I mean think about it when the deadpool movie comes out then people ususally want to know about the character and will go to a comic shop and say I want to start collecting his book. Most comic shop owners will show them the 1st issue of Marvel Now Deadpool. Then as time goes on that person will go wait this guy had comics in the 90's I wonder what those stories were about ? Hence the haunt begins for the "Classic" "Retro" books. Same with the other teams and characters.  Could those silly books we bought as kids go from the $1.00 bin to the expensive behind the counter books ?

Sorry I was gonna add more pictures but the puter is not letting me.

This won't happen. Collectors spend money on comics for rarity, so although major changes are happening in the MU, it matters more that there is still an abundance of back issues. The changes in the MU are not permanent and will be changed back eventually leaving everything at the status quo.

true the idea came to me because a lot of the vintage stores in my area have a lot of 90's books but they are really bad condition. So I figured the ones that are bagged and kept in good condition would be the ones that gain in value.

I think that its possible specific titles may become more valuable due to the popularity of the movies. I doubt that many 90's comics will be given the "classic" tag just yet. I think we are just getting in to the 80's comics becoming vintage.

(0's is when comics had a boom in popularity so they made a ton of copies, meaning they all over the place, meaning they are not worth much. Just recently I got the whole Batman Knightfall series (like all issues) denied to even be taken by the comic shop for that exact reason of it being just a 90's comic. This is post Dark Knight Rises with Bane breaking Batmans back in the movie obviously, So it had very little effect on value.
