I was watching the marvel dr pepper live video at comic con and there was a person that wanted to know news on the avengers 2 and the guy mention quicksilver and scarlet witch cause he said everyone knows about that but the guy talked about a secret character that you will half to wait until tomorrow to see and he talked about a new animation they will announce tomorrow.

This is so officially stupid putting Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch in the movie. Marvel doesn't even have the full rights to this character. People are like oh Joss Whedon will make a miracle this and that bullshit when your missing the point. They don't own the rights to call them mutants, they wouldn't fully be able to explain their origins as how they are intended to be, and second above all they can't even call the characters by their code name. Marvel has so much great characters they could use that would work so much better with The Avengers 2 but what the hell is Joss Whedon doing. Couldn't he have created new characters instead of butchering old characters.

Quicksilver was in X-Men Origins Wolverine. Despite the rash move Bryan Singer did on bringing Quicksilver to Days of Future Past after Joss Whedon announced him for Avengers 2, it would honestly make more sense. With Quicksilver at Fox you can explain he is a mutant, Magneto, and all the other important elements that made the character (Not saying they would use any other important elements it's Fox anyway).

FullMetalJacky, im ok with not even getting an origin at all and just throwing them in there. In fact i would prefer all CBM's skip the origin BS. Its so redundant at this point

And LOL at the only person on the planet that didnt like the avengers. We know its not a great movie, its not. But to say its one of the worst CBM's of all time is just plain stupid. Opinion or not.
