@ Everyone So when Spidey got bite he was 14 right. He was tiny. I know he beefed up but give this guy credit he or possibly she did a KIck-@$$ job on the costume!
LOL

Spider-Man wasn't originally as musclebound as he was in the beginning during the original comic's run (amazing fantasy included). In fact the person in the picture looks almost spot-on like how he looked in the issues of Ultimate Spider-Man.

What is the story behind the Destroyer? Someone please?
I did not read Thor comics.. :(
scurvydog
scurvydog - 7/26/2010, 5:22 AM
The Destroyer armor was created by Odin in the comics to be used as a weapon against the Celestials. A contingency plan,if you'd like,in case the Celestials ever returned to Earth...

ManThing
ManThing - 7/26/2010, 9:16 AM
@ Flagg: oh yeah sure. As long as they didn't fuk em up like they did Galactus.

From a human perspective, the Celestials and Galactus are very much a like.

ManThing

@ enrygarciavet:

The Destroyer armor is made if the same metal as Thor's hammer and so it's absolutely indestrictible. There is no way to harm it at all. The person that uses the armor does not put it on piece by piece like regular armor. They magically disappear into it like walking through a door, and once inside the person can not be harmed.

Last but not least there's some kind of high energy weapon under the visor that is supposed to have the power of a sun in it. so when the wearer lifts the visor anythign in front of it is obliterated.

Nice toy

That is sweet looking armor. Wonder how much it weighs on the person wearing it? That suit verses the Terminator would be awesome.
