They have the ingredients, now just make the right soup, mofos!

I have nothing against Jackman, just hated XM3 and XMO:W scripts. Those were plain stupid.

Im going to eat my shorts if this movie is a huge blockbuster and faithful to the comics 100% with blood and gritty style and everything!
Plus if the japanese characters really speak japanese!

After these all kiddie X-Men/Wolverine movies i would finally like to see the REAL WOlverine movie!

Having Logan in the Capn' A movie as another one of the commandos would have been B-A-D-A-S-S! Marvel needs o pay to get this character back under their wing. Wolverine and Hulk must fight on screen! MUST!...
Oh, who am I kidding...

yeah...he seems like a nice, humble dude. but, his attempt to keep HIS Wolverine alive is getting to look desperate. i feel for the guy, since he can't seem to get another moneymaker other than his x-men/wolverine series, and he ain't gettin' any younger, y'know...

i think he NEEDS his upcoming Robot fight club movie to really EXPLODE at the box office and blows others out of the water. but, i doubt it.

i'm wondering..can Jackman ever shed wolverine, or does he even WANT TO? I think, if Christian Bale does decide to leave the batman franchise, post-TDKR, Jackman might make an interesting choice to replace his Prestige co-star..as the older Bruce. my other choice is Grey's Anatomy's ERIC DANE...what do you think??

Hugh is the man, when he leaves this role it's gonna be a sad day, doubt we will ever see another actor portray Wolverine with so much passion for the role, gonna be a sad day indeed.

I would love to see Wolverine and Cap on screen together, and adapt the line from the flashback of their first meeting in WWII...After Logan saves Cap's ass, and helps him on his mission.

Cap: "Thanks for your help. We would make a great team."
Wolverine: "Thanks---But I don't need a sidekick."

Cap was owned!

If Hugh was a really smart actor and really aprreciate the x-men world and the Wolverine character, he would have had a bigger influence on Fox with X3 and Wolverine to not making them as poorly as they were.

But it seems he doesnt care enough about the quality of these movies.

So I dont have much respect to him at all.

How about just focusing on ONLY Wolverine in this film, and NONE of the other X-Men this time. Focusing too much on on other X-Men killed X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Had the chance to meet him and he's as genuine as he comes across in the media, zero pretense.

I would just love to se Wolverine get the treatment all these other comics are getting, their OWN film with very little other characters bleeding in.

As well, why is WOLVERINE THE ONLY CHARACTER THAT DOESN'T GET HIS SUIT! they can figure out how to Thors, Batman, Cap, but they can't figure out how to do Wolverines? Just make it black, high tech military style, mixed with a lil ninja style.

His story is one we haven't seen really, make him a bad guy. Make him freaking scary, the antithesis to the super soldier serum program for cap, but a weapon used for illegal military ops. make the guy regret all these terrible things he was made to do. make him kill people he cares about. Make him a crash test dummy for new weapons, experiments on what weapons will do what to the body (since he can heal)

Then you can set up not a hero story, but an epic time based revenge flick, he's got a short window where he remembers everything but after x amount of days the implants kick and wipes his brain. "Better get to killin' before I forget who da kill"

And at the end, have the military commission him to go after the hulk, and thats the wolverine I wanna see, the one I can believe can go after the hulk.

cole33 - 7/21/2011, 2:27 PM
I wanna se a duality like banner/hulk Logan and wolverine should be in a sense two diff personas. As logan, he can be the adventurer, wise crackin' guy. But he's all business and bloodshed as wolverine.

I'm not sure why they don't do more stunts with the character, being able to heal, he seems like an action writers dream, jumping out of buildings, planes, diving after cars, crashing through windows, etc.

it better be good,100x better than x-men origins wolverine.

but that wouldn't be to hard to pull off the bar wasn't raised to high with that movie.
