DEADPOOL 2 Is Rumored To Be In The Process Of Casting Three Key X-FORCE Characters

When it was announced that both Cable and Domino would be appearing in the Deadpool sequel fans speculated that this might mean we'd get some kind of lead-in to the planned X-Force movie, and if this new rumor is accurate, that's exactly what's going to happen. According to Comicbook.com, the post-credits scene for Deadpool 2 will feature Sunspot, Feral, and Shatterstar.
Now, as cool as that sounds, we do have reason to doubt the validity of the report.
While the first incarnation of X-Force featured the ferocious feline mutant and the time-displaced son of Longshot and Dazzler, Sunspot is better known as a member of the New Mutants, and has already been (all-but) confirmed to appear in Josh Boone's upcoming adaptation. It seems highly unlikely that Roberto Da Costa would be utilized for both projects - although, it is always possible the same actor will be used, and his Deadpool 2 appearance will make more sense once we see the New Mutants film.
