Fans have been wanting to see Omega Red do his thing on the big screen for many years now, and it looks like the Russian supervillain has already made his debut in Fox's X-Men movie universe... albeit as part of a deleted scene!
One of the bonus scenes on the upcoming Deadpool 2 "Super Duper F*cking Cut" Blu-ray is titled "Chess with Omega Red," which is fairly self-explanatory. We're not sure at what point in the movie the sequence originally took place, but it's listed right after another deleted scene called "The Deadpool Prison Experiment," so there's a good chance Arkady Gregorivich Rossovich was another mutant encountered by Wade and/or Russell in The Ice-Box.
It'll be interesting to see how Omega Red is depicted here, but hopefully it won't be the last we see of this sick customer in the X-flicks.
