Previously, Ryan Reynolds stated that his first priority following the Deadpool movie was to get the gears turning on an X-Force movie with the team being led by Cable.  Now, with Deadpool a runaway box office smash, it's a virtual lock that we'll being seeing more of Deadpool sooner rather than later.  Could he next be seen in X-Force.  Screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have revealed that they'll be involved in every film that features Deadpool and that appareIntly includes X-Force.

"We will have a hand in it. I think everything that ‘Deadpool’ is involved in we will have a hand in and it’s a universe that Ryan [Reynolds] and us are very close to and very protective of, so I do think we would absolutely involved in that franchise as well. If it’s Deadpool related, I think you’ll see some of our fingerprints on that."

Recently, producer Simon Kinberg revealed that the X-Force movie has the potential to be R-rated, following the success of Deadpool.  If Cable and Deadpool are a lock for the X-Force roster, what other members do you want to see included.  Over the years, the team has had a varied number of X-Men characters among its roster including, Deadpool, Fantomex, Psylocke, Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Feral, Sunsopt, Banshee, Boom Boom, Domino, Copycat, Warpath, Shatterstar, Doop, Spike and many, many more.

Awesome.
An X-Force movie is a great way to introduce a recanted Wolverine (or just have Deadpool replace Wolverine's role)

I wish they used Boom Boom instead of Negasonic Teenage Warhead for Deadpool.
She would be great to have in X-Force and an appearance in Deadpool would have been a good tie in. I can see them having a great dynamic on screen

Wonder how they'll do some of the characters, considering in Deadpools time they'll be like....50 (Psylocke, Angel, ext).

But I guess Cable and time travel works into that.

@Retribution13 - Bingo! "Time travel" is such a quick fix! I jut hope they use it correctly to make sense out of it all!

Well, this confirms that he'll be in X-Force. Only thing is...will Deadpool 2 be "Deadpool and Cable" or "X-Force"???

@ComicsBornAndBred - This story was so damn good ^ Perfect for an x-force movie. Dark, scary, intense, with Deadpool once in a while completely breaking the tension.

Obviously.
I'm pretty sure Liefeld has said that much before. Yet another reason to make Wolverine into Cable. Then they can blend the two most famous XForce arcs into one story.

Cable, Domino, Shatterstar, Warpath, Boom Boom and Deadpool. Bring it on. My money is waiting to belong to you Fox. Don't screw it up.

Long as they do DP2 before trying to make X-FORCE, I'm good.

Adored this movie! Hopefully Deadpool continues to work in a pg13 environment. It's entirely possible!
