Doctor Strange has promised to be a visual treat, with several reviews (including our own) praising the film's special effects sequences. Many have also said that the film deserves to be viewed in IMAX 3D, a sentiment that has now been echoed by director Scott Derrickson and the cast in a new featurette.

In the clip below, Derrickson reveals that there's over an hour of IMAX footage in the film, along with stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Mads Mikkelsen and Benedict Wong praising the visual concepts being introduced to audiences.

In addition, a slew of new TV Spots have been released, which you can also check out below. Doctor Strange releases on November 4th, 2016.

From Marvel comes DOCTOR STRANGE, the story of world-famous neurosurgeon Dr. Stephen Strange whose life changes forever after a horrific car accident robs him of the use of his hands. When traditional medicine fails him, he is forced to look for healing, and hope, in an unlikely place – a mysterious enclave known as Kamar-Taj. He quickly learns that this is not just a center for healing but also the front line of a battle against unseen dark forces bent on destroying our reality. Before long Strange – armed with newly acquired magical powers – is forced to choose whether to return to his life of fortune and status or leave it all behind to defend the world as the most powerful sorcerer in existence. Join Strange on his dangerous, mystifying, and totally mind-bending journey.

People really should see this movie in IMAX. And buy a large popcorn and soda! It's under two hours so you can stay for the post-credits without your bladder busting!
