The Joker
The best comic book villian EVER, this is a tough role to cast. Heath Ledger's Joker was for me, the best movie villian of the modern age. After his death, I was one of the people that wanted the character retired from live action. But I realize that it will never happen. So if The Clown Prince of Crime had to be cast, I would pick Wakefield. Look at him. His face, his smile, his voice, they all give you chills. He was the ony bright spot in The Purge, and for good reason. He was smart while scary and crazy at the same time. Heath Ledger's Joker was the same. I would usually add my advice for improvements, but after TDK, there is no improvement. It was perfect. All they have to do is recreate that. That would make fans all over speechless.
Bane
This is the man who broke the Bat. So this casting aint gonna be no cakewalk. I wanted to steer away from this pick since it was so ommon. But I could not bring my self to cast someone else. Bardem, just like Artimage, commands a great level of respect. In Skyfall, he brought MI6 to its knees. Something of this magnitude requires an innumerable amount of genius. Bane is a genius character and, up until Tom Hardy's portrayal, he was not seen like this. But with Bardem in this role, there is no way he would be portrayed wrongly.
