Actually Dylan O'Brien and Taron Egerton are rumored for WB/DC for the Role so i decided not to fancast the character , Dylan was my pick i guess i can see him after teen wolf and also his upcoming movie will show his physical abilities he had taken up training for months to prepare for the role of his movie and Taron is a good actor i hope he'd really do well in the role

Steven is really a good pick for Nightwing , he has everything what the character needs , he himself expressed interest for playing the character so he had a knowladge for the character, his performance in TVD is a proof of him playing the character , he has everything the emontional range , the body , the height of the character ,and did you know that he is a trained in martial arts ( he would be good as Iron Fist if the MCU decided to not use Finn Jones ) i knew that recently so he has the fighting moves and he is athletic , heroic and the skills like Nightwing

My pick is Eddie Redmayne from Danish Girl and Jupiter Ascending ( even if the film wasn't good his performance was good to me ) , he is an oscar nominee actor and also a fantastic actor who is also very versatile , he had shown that he could be anybody a scientist , a transgender , a psycopath leader which all are good reasons of playing Edward Nygma/the riddler and espcially his role in Jupiter Ascending as a manipulative and smart villian , yes he might be younger but he can easily look older we see his roles from the romantic man to a sadistic villian to an obessesd man all the traits needed for the riddler
Poison Ivy/Pamela Isley
I felt that Gemma Artenon is the more suited i know mostly people want her as Catwoman but i wanted something original for her , she is a great actress who is very versatile her roles vary from Prince of Persia , Hansel and Gretal to Byzantium and Gemma Bovery , she has the grace and the intelligence needed for the character , she can play the normal and new 52 version of the character perfectly and she is not stranger to villian and anti hero roles and Gemma has been doing action and sci fi for so long, only to add to her known ability to deliver drama and romance. She has everything what Ivy needs : the grace , the body , the voice of someone attractive , the height, the wisdom, the age , the upbeat performance and also the ability . She can also portray the 2 faces of the character : the smart and strong activist as it was s hown in the girl with all gifts and the seductress coldhearted villian as it was shown in Byzantium and also her performance in Byzantium was the main reason because she played the manipulative , seductive vampire with a great emontional range , she had also greatly worked with big actors so why not Ben Affleck and Margot Robbie
Bane
I know this choice is a little played out because i couldn't think of any actors who could pull over the brutality and the rough features of Bane , Nathan Jones is a wresler and an actor , he is great with playing characters who are brutal and vengful ( he is my pick for Kratos from god of war ) so playing Bane won't be a problem , he is also 7'12 taller than Ben Affleck which would be perfect for playing Bane and as a professional Wresler he could easily handle the physical aspects
Talia Al Ghul
I actually have 5 choices for Talia Al Ghul
My Favourite one would be Prinyka Chopra from Quantico , she is a great versatile actress who had done multipe characters she has also the exoctic look , the body , the leading presence and the performance needed for Talia Al Ghul and also she trained in Boxing in preparation of her role as Mary Kom and herself is a dance trainer so i would trust her to do her own stunts
My 2nd choice
This beauty is also from India , as a former model i think she can play the seductive Talia and she had also the body , the voice , the height of the character , she had done alot of rough characters and herself a versatile actress playing characters with issues and anti heroines which is also a good reason to play Talia as for the physical aspects she is a trained dancer so i would trust her to do her own stunts i do think she would be great with Ben Affleck
My 3rd Choice
My 3rd Choice would be Dia Mizra another Indian beauty , she is also an exoctic beauty and has the perfect body and voice for Talia , her perfomance on Crash , Blackmail , Acid Factory , Dum are proofs that she could handle the mental aspects of Talia she did a great job playing a tough woman taking on darker themes , she had even taken on physical themes , dance , sport , weapons and i can totally trust her as the new Talia she is fluent in English being half English and i am sure that she could play with Ben Affleck
My 4th choice
My 4th Choice would be Deepika Padukone another bollywood alum , she is a great actress her performance in new year , race are proofs that she can be Talia , she had even taken on physical work and herself is a dancer so i can totally see her as Talia i am sure that she can kill it as Talia
My 5th choice
My last choice would Anushka Sharma i know there is a huge age gap between Ben Affleck and her but Talia ages slowly so i do think someone around her age could work Anushka is very versatile starting from a house wife who is forced to marry a man to a badass assassin , she had been in a variety of work taking on themes of brutality and darkness and also emontions, she is not stranger to stunts and physical work and her self is a trained dancer so she can do the stunts
Black Mask
I don't know if Black Mask is supposed to be older than Batman or around his age but i decided to go someone around his age since the new deathstroke casting , Leonardo is a great actor with a large variety of roles from Titanic to The revenant , he had played a leader type villians along with leaders and those two are good reasons for playing mobsters , he had also the energy and the enthusiasm of playing his character and he is also Italian so he could bring the character to life and Leo is known of always brining the new things to his characters so i can totally see him as Black Mask
Harvey Dent/Two Face
As for Harvey i really want an actor who can go toe toe with Ben Affleck and also close to his age , i wanted a big name actor who can play Harvey Dent which lead me to Matt Damon from Bourne Triology i want an actor who could play each aspect of his Personality really well and i feel Matt Damon is the right who can play him i know most people want him as Hush but i tried to stay Original , he is a versatile actor whose roles vary from Dogma , the informant to Bourne and the Martian , he is not stranger of playing a villian or anti hero as it was shown in the informant and dogma where he played a bipolar conman and pulled over an anti hero very well , he was great on there , he had also played in Dogma very well as Loki was the main reason he was intellegent , manipulative , sadistic angel and he can also pull over Harvey Dent's Victim personality and past , he had also worked with Ben Affleck twice why not the third ? nad being friends in real life would be helpful
Victor Fries/Dr Freeze
Jason Isaace is a great actor who is not stranger to villian roles , he had played a large variety of roles and having played multipe and various villians he can easily pass off as Victor Fries who is a complex and a smart scientist who do everything to save the love of his life , Jason hadn't done roles very similar to that but having played complex and smart characters and also villians would be a good jumping off pLaying Victor Fries plus he is a big name to play a villian like DR Freeze
