Thomas Elliot was a childhood friend of Bruce, and was also born into a wealthy family. The two boys often would play games together, Thomas taught Bruce to think like his opponents and us his abilities against them in order to win, Which became one of Bruce's tactics when he became Batman. Unlike Bruce, Thomas hated his parents, despising both his abusive father and his frail motherher. Instead of defending Thomas, she forced him to memorize Aristotle, as a way to deal in a passive way with his father, which is something Thomas despised and never forgave his mother for. Driven by his desire for independence and wealth, he cut the brakes on his parents car, causing a crash that killed his father. His mother was saved in an emergency operation by Dr. Thomas Wayne, which enraged Thomas.

While at a summer camp with Bruce, Thomas attacked a kid and was sent to a psych ward. He blamed Bruce and Martha Wayne for his outburst, but he was soon released by an intern named Jonathan Crane(SCARECROW). During the next few years, Thomas aided to his mother , while at first enjoying the irony that Bruce's parents had been killed, he was enraged when he heard that Bruce living a life of luxiury, just the situation Thomas had wanted to create for himself. Shortly before Bruce returned to Gotham to become Batman, Thomas bbe a woman named Peyton Riley, (who becomes the second Ventriloquist) a relationship in which Thomas's mother never approved. Thomas's mother completed their path to true villains...when she fully recovered from cancer, she disowned Thomas and cut him off from the Elliot fortune for his relationship with Peyton. Denying Thomas what he had sacrificed everything for to get. Thomas killed her, while Peyton killed their lawyer and destroyed Mrs. Elliot's will. While the rest of the world thought it was a mere household accident. Now the owner of the Elliot fortune, Thomas left Riley and began traveling the world. Although he went on to Harvard and became a surgeon, Thomas still had a grudge twoard Bruce.

At some point in his career, Edward Nigma (Riddler) was diagnosed with cancer, and eventually hijacked one of Ra's al Ghul's Lazarus Pits and regained his health. During this treatment, the Nigma experienced an epiphany, realizing that Bruce is Batman. Later, the Riddler attempted to sell Thomas the secrets of the Lazarus Pit. Thomas instead offered the Riddler to kill his enemy Bruce. Realizing that they shared a hatred for Wayne,Thomas and the Riddler decided to bring him down. Thomas created for himself the persona of Hush.

Hush has had encounters with nearly every vilian if not all. He is the boss as well as the assassin, and at the same time someone close to Bruce. They could use hush in many ways for Batman 3. They could use Riddler, catwoman, and even Black Mask with him. He is a physical threat and has a close relation with Bruce. They could probably meet at Rachel funeral, thus learning more about Bruce. I wrotre this article so people could learn more about Hush and who he is, Hush is my pick for the dark knight rises.
