i would say replace the grey background for ultron,
also very nice work!! best so far

I would say down at the bottom of the logo, where it shows cap and ironmans chest shows, add ultron and put fury where iron man's chest was. Giving black widow a lil more room, up hawkeyes size a bit.
Also move Thor and Iron Man up tad a bit, right before the circle starts, thor that is.

Thats just my opinion.

Wow, these are great! I'd suggest that you put Ultron in the background on the second one, with the A in front of it. Also, maybe you should have Ultron be a kind of silhouette with glowing eyes
