Nathan Fillion or John Barrowman - Star-Lord/Peter Quill


These 2 actors can nail Star-Lord perfectly! There funny, witty and can be badasses! If Fillion can't do it, I would love to see John Barrowman do it.

Adam Baldwin - Rocket Raccoon (voice)

I wanted to go with some who I haven't seen anyone suggest and Adam Baldwin, to me at least, has the voice Rocket Raccoon needs.

Vin Diesel - Drax the Destroyer

Vin Diesel is Drax in the flesh! And as shown in Riddick, he's good with knives.

Olivia Wilde - Gamora

Beautiful, gorgeous and badass, Olivia Wilde has everthing to play Gamora.

Steve Blum - Groot

Steve Blum is one of the greatest voice actors living today, he would do a phenomenal job voicing Groot!

Wow I actually really like John Barrowman as Star-Lord, Adam Baldwin as Rocket not so much. Personally never liked the idea of Vin as Drax he's one of my fav marvel characters and Vin can't act, Adam Baldwin would actually be a better choice. Great Gamora pick I'd love to see Olivia Wilde green and kicking ass. Of course Groot is great too. Awesome fancast overall though.

- I think I'm the one who thought of Nathan Fillion as Star-Lord, but I'm not sure, that probably went across the board. And John Barrowman impressed me since I started watching Doctor Who and Torchwood.
- I wouldn't be against Adam Baldwin as Rocky.
- I disagree with WeekendAvenger, Vin can impress when he has the right material (Find Me Guilty, the recent Fast Five), and I've seen him cast as Drax before. That would be a great role for him to test out!
- Olivia Wilde is slowly getting a more curvy figure as of late, but she still needs to rack up muscles on top of muscles if she's ever capable of playing Gamora.
- Now, I haven't seen Steve Blum capture the voice of someone like Groot before. He's mostly done demons, demigods, and Wolverine. No clue who would play Groot, but I'd be open.

Great cast. You forgot a few I think (Moondragon and Phyla-Vel to name a few), so if you ever get around to it, throw them in for kicks.

Personally I am sick of Olivia Wilde being picked for every female character in fancasts.

I like Fillion for Star Lord but I don't think he has much interest in a comic role. Not familiar with Barrowman. My pick would be Timothy Olyphant. He can do comedy and can be a complete badass.

For Gamora I think Sarah Shahi would be incredible.
