Very good effort. Congratulations.
But, if you don't mind, i' d like to address a couple of things that you may missed such as to whom the Marvel Ultimate Alliance is formed against and the backround (from Captain America TWS i guess) seems too generic.
Also, (and that's not completely your fault) i 'm tired of Hugh Wolverine being the protagonist even in an imaginary mega Marvel mash-up film such as yours...
Anyway, again, well done!
