It looks like you took two already made pictures and put logos and words on them. And Dune Entertainment has nothing to do with this movie.

Dune entertainment actually replaced Legendary when they backed off but Syncopy is no longer producing as that is Chris Nolan's studio.

Neither of those pictures were already made.
Dune entertainment actually moved over from 20th Century Fox and replaced Legendary when they went to Universal.

Batman vs. Superman is still listed as one of Syncopy's 'In Development' projects, along with Nolan's Interstellar and Pfisters Transcendence
