The primary returning cast would be the same. Tim Roth as Black mask, Michael Vartan as Harvey Dent, Ian McEllen as Alfred, Mark Harmon as Gordon Steven Williams as Lucius Fox, and Ed Norton as Bruce/Bats. I know some say Norton wouldn't make a good one but I think he would, I mean in all honesty how many of us thought Ledger could do the Joker before Dark Knight came out?
Anyway there are only 3 new additions, a villian I made named Dagger, an assistant for Dent named Mike Garcia, and of course The Riddler.

Timothy Olyphant-Edward Nasthon aka The Riddler
