Maybe not take Ledger's place but maybe for future movies.You should make a similar pic with Ben Foster as the Joker.

Can you imagine Steve Buscemi's voice coming out of the Joker? Nice work with the Joker makeup and love Steve, but I think just because you look creepy doesn't mean you would be a perfect Joker. Not to mention he is like in his mid 50's and Ledger was around 30.
