Too much of it is connected to Nolan's ideas so there's that you could do something new if you want, and also it's not just you it's just kinda annoying that since Batman 89' there's been 2 villains in every batman movie. I kinda would like to see 1, The Dark Knight Comes close but falls short of that with Two Face but is still the best Batman Film of All time.

@Robert Garlen
I did use a lot of Nolan's ideas because I thought it was a realistic way to move my plot along.
In many ways I list ALL the villains. However, just like victor Zsaz, many of the characters may have smaller roles than others. For instance in my second part Black Mask will be a dominating character.

Thanks.

PART ONE:-
This could possibly work, but more or less as separate story arcs. If you're looking to integrate - calling it "Part 1-7" implies so - you'd best be served to tell the story of Bruce Wayne and Ra's al Ghul. Then, exploring the relationship between Bruce Wayne and Thomas Elliot, which leads to his ultimate incarceration in a psyche ward where he is introduced to Jonathan Crane. This would tell Hush's origin, introduce him to a contemporary audience and set up a later story arc.

PART TWO:-
Instead of having Scarecrow and Black Mask poison Gotham's water supply, why not bring Scarecrow's love for exploiting fears and phobias together with Janus Cosmetic? This way you could relate Bruce Wayne, Jonathan Crane and Roman Sionis together.

PART THREE:-
If you're unwilling to waver from Black Mask as a central villain in Part 3, you could use Part 2 as an opportunity to introduce Roman Sionis and his origins and then use this chapter to show his evolution into Black Mask. I also wouldn't overcloud The Joker with too many villains, as his story within a film is as important if not more important than Batman's. Also, I can't really work out how Two-Face has tied into this as he's not really referenced in past chapters.

PART FOUR:-
Once again, I don't understand how Two-Face is brought into the franchise, as he's rarely referenced in past chapters. The only thing from this chapter that can be explored is Hush, if used as aforementioned. I suppose Bane could be thrown in the mix, though I can't find his modus operandi or relevance from past chapters or in the small synopsis. Also, Dick Grayson shouldn't become Batman mid-franchise or until his role as Batman holds more relevance to Batman as a character.

PART FIVE:-
I'd say that one of these villains needs to be dropped, as all three demand a large portion of the film. It'd be interesting to explore certain indifferences between The Riddler and Hugo Strange, even though both are exploring a similar identity in the Batman and ultimately seek the same outcome.

PART SIX:-
I'd like to see you explore The Penguin, as that'd be an interesting film if interpreted right. I'd add another villain just to keep up with your motif, though Deadshot seems irrelevant and a less-than-stellar villain and Catwoman would reference Batman Returns too much.

PART SEVEN:-
Too many villains, with too many similarly explored before. Red Hood is a horrible character and villain. The only one I'd honestly see a story arc worth watching with would Bane and that'd have to bee a fine piece of cinematography.

I'd also attempt to revise your work and see if you can work in one character with another, as it makes the idea and overall product a lot more approachable.
