My idea for a new Batman film would be very similar to a Year One adaptation.
Batman would be just starting out as the sole protector of Gotham. I really don't wanna reboot it because we all know the origins of the Dark Knight. I would go more in depth into Batman as a character. I love what Christopher Nolan is doing right now but as a director you have go in the direction that you want. So here is the brief synopsis-Batman is very young he hasn't been challenged at all he's just been beating up on small time thugs. However the first villain i would like to use is Mr.Freeze. Basically Batman is tested Mentally and physically when he goes up against Mr.Freeze. The secondary villain i would like to utilize is Deadshot. I think Deadshot does not get a lot of love when it comes to movies. Basically Batman hears rumors that there is this assassin for hire that is murdering citizens of Gotham. So basically he finally get's to test his detective skills against some body that embodies what he hates a person that kills with guns. So that's pretty much it im still working on The Batman a animated series that's in the early development stages. Also outside of the world of Batman i am writing a script for a Flash Animated series.
