Proposal for a game where you are the director!

Hello, guys.

I've written this article with a proposal of a game where you have a budget and you need to make a good film based on your favourite characters.

So, you would actually make the film downloading The Movies game. It is a machinima/tycoon video game where you can make lots of movies by choosing a set, some characters, and the scene. There are plenty of scenes to make, so it has a lot of opportunities! Also you can download costumes of lots of heroes on the internet. Then we would have an annual awards ceremony where we award the best films made.

So, as I said you're given a budget which you can spend in the making of the film. It's like real life but with virtual money. Each action costs money, for example, to hire another user as the screenwriter of the film would cost X $.

Beginning
- Each user is given $200.000.000 for his studio.

Expenses
- Buying the rights of a comic series costs $15.000.000, for example, if you buy the rights of "Batman" you have the rights of Batman and all his supporting characters and villains.
- Creating a costume which is not shown in the original game (modding) would cost $25.000.000
- Creating a set which is not shown in the original game would cost $25.000.000
- Using external edition for the movie (Windows Movie Maker, Sony Vegas) would cost $50.000.000
- Releasing a film would cost $5.000.000

Benefits
- Publishing a trailer for the film you win $5.000.000 (4 trailers max)
- If your film wins an award you win $50.000.000 each award you win.
- Sending your film rights to another user you would win $15.000.000
- Sending your film rights (not to an user) you would win $7.000.000
- Depending on the reviews of a film (in a scale of 0 to 10) you would win:
0-3 points -> Anything
4 points -> $5.000.000
5 points -> $10.000.000
6 points -> $20.000.000
7 points -> $30.000.000
8 points -> $50.000.000
9 points -> $100.000.000
10 points -> $200.000.000
