Also check out my other Fancasts! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Well to start off and give you some background info on my idea, there is no origin story or anything lame. We all know the story ha ha. I want it to start off with all these news clips as the credits roll. People are being killed by mutants, and a bunch of anti-mutant rallies speeding up more and more rapidly and louder and louder until it cuts to black and silence and a close up. Then a shot of a woman's mouth into a microphone fades in as she says "No more mutants." Cut to black and The Astonishing X-Men fades in. So basically the premise is Mutants are being roped up and contained in camps but the X-Men resist. The government hires Dr. Bolivar Trask to create the Sentinels to hunt down remaining mutants.
Anyway, that's basically the idea with Trask being the main villain as well as a few Sentinels and he's a nut job who HATES mutants.
So without further ado, the cast of The Astonishing X-Men:
Matthew Fox as Scott Summers/Cyclops
Lost featured some of the best talent I have seen. Fox is the only actor who came to mind.
Rachael Taylor as Emma Frost
She is incredibly attractive and fits this part!
Eion Bailey as Logan/Wolverine
I have discovered the perfect Wolverine! I mean look at that picture! It would be awesome! He's also listed at 5' 10," so he'd be short! If you've ever seen "Fight Club," he beats some guy up and he's pretty ripped--if he worked on it he could be huge!
Jared Leto as Remy LeBeau/Gambit
Just look at that picture! He looks perfect for the role and he's a great actor!
Owain Yeoman as Piotr Rasputin/Colossus (Thanks to SUP3R for the idea)
This was probably the hardest to cast! but i think Yeoman looks the part and if he worked out more he could get huge!
Scout Taylor-Compton as Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat
I think she's gorgeous and she'd fit this part perfectly!
Liam Neeson as the voice of Dr. Hank McCoy/Beast
Now I don't know if I was the only one who HATED "X3" and their CRAPPY Beast! The lamest Beast that could have been brought to the screen. In my reboot idea, Beast would be a bulky man in a big suit covered in blue fur and CGI a feline face on him! Then have Neeson voice him and BAM! Beast.
Terry O'Quinn as Professor Charles Xavier
Perfect casting here
Gary Oldman as Dr. Bolivar Trask
Oldman rules! He could play a suave guy that goes crazy super well!
Ashley Greene as Anna Marie/Rogue
This picture says it all!
Kristen Kreuk as Jubilation Lee
She's part Asian and she's hot! ha ha she looks the part!
