I was Talking to my brother the other day about the Avengers and we think Eric Bana would be a good choice for Namor if they made a movie about him. I made this poster using Photoshop... hope you like it!!!!

Gotta say he would be good though i'd be thinking of BRUCE BANNER and didn't he have pointy ears in the STAR TREK movie???

Nah, he's cool, billion times better than QUINTO SPOCK BOY for the part!

that is the perfect cast namor has a really bad attitude and banna could pull it off and has the look. damb thats a perfect cast he is namor,and marvel needs to see this and crack that film out now.

Behr can stick to his shitty horror films.

I would like to see Bana as Namor, I wouldn't complain if he got it because he's a terrific actor and he looks the part.

I can see Eric doing a great job but honestly, I'm just tired of seeing him in so many Sci-Fi movies...

Bana as Namor is really growing on me now. I think he looks the part, has the physique that can easily be improved some to look the part. Great actor. I would be very cool with Bana as Namor. I'm surprised Lee is cool with it though as Bana has been the Hulk and we can't have him playing two different Marvel superheroes. ;-)

Meyers? Scrawny and short Meyers for the physically imposing Namor? I don't think there are enough 'roids to get him close to looking the part. They can probably find a rack in a medieval museum somewhere and stretch him out some. ;-)

Behr has the look and a physique that can be bulked up some, but he needs a few inches added to him to him at 5'11".

Looks good to me! Honestly after seeing Bana in Star Trek with the eyebrows and ears he definitely looked like Namor.

Vin Diesel? Lee, come on man I thought you had better taste then that. Seriously, his voice, look and whole persona in general, no way could he pull off Namor's charismatic personality.

@ranger- He's an actor he would bulk up, and behr facially does not resemble namor as much as johnathan rhys meyers..he's also not nearly as good an actor

Is funny... Both actors played Henry VIII, Bana in "The Other Bolein girl" and Meyer in "The Tudors"

Eric Bana definately has the look, the imposing stature, at 6'4" and the acting chops to pull off Namor. I would rather see Bana as Namor than anyone else, these other guys look a bit too prissy for the role, Namor is supposed to be a regal and imposing ruler of the largest kingdom on the planet. I don't see the other guys pulling that off. jmho. :P Very good pic man.
