There is one preview (i'll try to find it when i'm not at work) that had me thinking I was about to see the preview for THOR, E-V-E-R-Y-T-I-M-E! I have quickly grown to hate this movie for that......all that f*ckin dissapointment!

I really dont know why this is on the site either. Percy Jackson is a book series. I wish they would have kept Annabeth as described in the book with BLONDE hair not brown.

askthunder@ THe author said that his son reminded him Annabeth was brunette originally in the early drafts of the book.

I liked the trailer and it seems more serious than Sky High though I see it in league with that and The Seeker. I think it could be good and will try.

At any rate its a test to see if magic will fly with current audiances and be a litness(sp.) test for Thor.

one thing i don't like is grover. i mean the way they described him in the book i was expecting a mildly pudgy actor with scruffy hair and a little messy. then they go and cast some [frick]ing fit black guy

I'm actually excited about this.

Telling the story of the greek gods kids in modern times, especially if they don't realize who they really are, sounds pretty good to me
