This Dancing Baby Groot From GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 May Be 2017's Most Must-Have Toy

Marvel failed to capitalise on Baby Groot's popularity back in 2014, but they won't be making the same mistake later this year based on this hilarious looking dancing action figure from the upcoming sequel.

The International Toy Fair in New York City is right around the corner, and Hasbro has today revealed a brand new Baby Groot action figure from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. This one is a little different to the norm, however, as it actually dances! The first movie had only a handful of figures based on the adorable sentient tree, but this one may be the closest we ever get to actually owning a Baby Groot!

What's particularly interesting about this is the fact that it seemingly confirms that we'll see the tiny hero dance at some point in the sequel, something which is sure to live online in gif form forever!

Entertainment Weekly also confirms that the track used with this electronic figure is "
Come a Little Big Closer" by Jay & The Americans (see below) and that it will be on the highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 soundtrack. However, the toy will light up and dance to any music you play near it, making this probably the coolest piece of merchandise we've seen for the upcoming movie to date!

Standing at 11.5 inches, dancing Baby Groot will retain for $34.99 and goes on sale in the spring.
