Watched it, I can confirm that it is the trailer. Looks really generic.

@ jessepostal -Why not post this on youtube or some other video streaming site? A lot of people don't trust downloading sites.

this does not feel like cabin in the woods. You just knw that these stupid teenagers are going to die in the movie, which was not something you had anticipated with the original movies. Just throw in lots of cheap exorcist makeup and blood and lets call it cabin in the...aehm i mean Evil dead. Sorry, not good enough; come back when you want to do something else apart from cashing in on a classic horror film.

not bad i suppose,the original evil dead was banned in the uk & put on the video nasty list back in the 80s.

you can now get a full uncut version.

Sure.
Doesn't look at all bad. Might actaully be quite good. Diablo's scripts are improving with every movie and Young Adult was really good, so I'm quite sure it'll be well written. That guy with the chainsaw looks a lot like Ash and shit, but...
It's just not going to be the same, really is it? I don't care how good it is or how many cool little fan-pleasing moments there are, this is simply a celebration of a trilogy that it will never be a part of.
Evil Dead 2 is the shitty titties and this is simply an 2-hour homage.

It will be well made, more gory, better production values with the same story for the Human Centipede and Saw generation FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER!!!!!

did you like the original? for its time that one was really violent. you see someone get hacking into a BUNCH of pieces, a girl getting stabbed in the ankle with a pencil and then it's twisted around inside of her.
