It was a little upseting that we couldn't get a SuperBowl spot for Iron Man 2 last night. It seems Paramount wanted to market the sequel in a different way, and possibly better way finance wise.

Well now on ESPN's site, check out Iron Man & War Machine on the front page. Do you think Paramount using the ESPN channel to promote Iron Man 2. Check It Out!

MarvelFreshman: Wouldn't it be cool to watch ESPN, and in every commercial break, the Iron Man 2 trailer appears. Just awesome. What do you think?

ESPN probably gets more hits than almost any site online. They are sucking people into this movie and the genre and it is great. CMBs and sports share a huge number of fans and its about time they advertise on a site like this.

It's an ad, just like the Wolfman one on this site. Nothing earth-shattering as far as I see it. You pay a website enough money and they will advertise for you.

ESPN is an abbreviation for Entertainment and Sports Programming Network.
it's an American network that broadcasts and showcases sports related shows 24/7.

most of America watched the super bowl and dollars to doughnuts watch ESPN and visit the site.
many ads are better than one!

I was just on ESPN.com and all the advertising was for The Last Air Bender sooo... my guess is that ESPN would be a piece of the puzzle, but not center piece
