My guess is he doesn't sleep in his military clothes and doesn't use them unless he's on base. Since it is a secret ops company he's running, inconspicuousnous is the name of the game.

I know that there is a ton of CGI work that needs to be done on the armor... But I sort of want to see the movie with Stark in upper body armor only, wearing tights waist down... Imagine watching IM 1 with that instead.

That would be hilarious, IMO.

Sorry, couldnt resist! I like Ultimate Fury, not as much as classic Fury though. The only Ultimate Characters i like better than classic is Thor and maybe Hawkeye.

Ironknight, i forgot about Cap, hes pretty hardcore in the Ultimate universe too. I really dont like Ultimate X men though, they didnt improve on anything from the original at all

Rorschach I agree with you about Ultimate X-Men. The only thing that they really did was give them more of an attitude.

I think that it could be possible to introduce Hawkeye in this IronMan movies as an agent of shield like in the Ultimates. It could be a cameo in the 2nd film and they could fully bring him in for the Avengers movie.
